I'm a Senior Systems and Data Analyst in the Office of the Registrar at Oakland University, where I've spent years transforming how institutions understand and act on their data. My work spans enterprise system administration, custom reporting solutions, and deep Banner and Degree Works expertise.
Before higher education administration took hold, I studied Graphic Design — a background that still informs how I approach every system interface, report layout, and training document I create.
Deep expertise in Ellucian Banner including system configuration, data management, and custom module development for student information systems.
Advanced scribe language programming, audit configuration, and advisor training. Experience with both institutional and multi-campus Degree Works environments.
Comprehensive Argos report development and administration. PowerBI dashboard design bridging legacy Banner data with modern analytics platforms.
Complex query development, data modeling, and database optimization. Expert-level SQL for reporting, data validation, and system integrations within Banner's Oracle environment.
Development of comprehensive training materials, quick reference guides, and presentations for academic advisers, staff, and end users across higher education systems.

Developed comprehensive training materials and reporting infrastructure for Course Program of Study (CPoS) advising at Oakland University.
